We apply the full MAVI 129 framework to your project: 129 health indicators across 10 core pillars. Every pillar is assessed. We then translate the findings into buildable specifications with implementation guidance that your contractor and design team can work from directly.

We have structured two levels of involvement so that you can choose the depth that feels right for you. Both apply the full framework. The difference is how many pillars receive a deep dive and how closely we stay involved as the design evolves.

The decisions made during the next three months will be locked into the building fabric for 15 to 20 years. Retrofitting ventilation, rewiring for low-EMF, or changing materials after the walls close costs five to ten times more than getting it right now. This is the window.

Deep dive on the three pillars that matter most given your current situation: air, water, and light. Baseline scan across the remaining seven. Your team receives a structured specification with clear targets and implementation guidance.

Evolve

55,000 GBP + VAT

Deep dive on six pillars: air, water, light, acoustics, materials, and sleep. Bespoke criteria tailored to your scheme. Design comments on your plans at two stages. Monthly check-ins throughout.

In Evolve, MAVI remains actively involved as the design evolves, ensuring that health-critical specifications are not diluted during coordination, value engineering, or procurement discussions.

For clients who want nothing left to chance, Signature provides full-depth analysis across all ten pillars, a dedicated MAVI resource throughout, and a verified home at completion. 85,000 GBP + VAT. Ask us for the details.

Upgrade Credit

If you begin with Essential and decide within 30 days that you would like a broader scope, your entire fee is credited toward Evolve or Signature. There is no penalty for starting where you are comfortable.

Reply to the accompanying email with "Approved: [Essential / Evolve]" to confirm your chosen tier.

We issue the kickoff invoice (60% of the agreed fee). Payment is due within 14 days.

On receipt of payment, we schedule the kickoff session with you, Olivia, and the wider project team.

By replying "Approved" or by paying any invoice issued under this Proposal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Conditions set out in Annex 1.
